White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Balls

by Lynn Lilly, Mar 12 2015

Cake Balls are an easy and delicious treat for St. Patrick's Day. I love this recipe because you can make it work for any occasion by switching up the sprinkles.

Ingredients:
  • Vanilla box cake (bake as directed on the box)
  • 8 ounces of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla frosting
  • 1/3 cup of white chocolate morsels
  • 4 drops of vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles
Directions:
  1. Once the baked cake is cooled scoop it from the baking pan into a large bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese, peanut butter, frosting, vanilla extract and chocolate to the bowl.
  3. Use an electric mixture to mix until smooth.
  4. Use hand to form balls.
  5. Roll balls in sprinkles. Place them in cupcake liners for added decor.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
*If you refrigerate the consistency is like firm cookie dough. If you would like them harder place in the freezer for one hour.
