Have you seen the dot art trend? What is old is new, I remember growing up seeing dot art with puffy paint! Now Tulip has 3D Dot Art Paint that is formulated and in tubes specifically designed to create perfect dots!
Dot art can be as simple or as complex as you want! No matter what you are going to get a really cool outcome! For today's project I created a simple curved rainbow design diagonally across the sweatshirt!

When making your dots, hold the tip of the tube above the surface (do not let it touch), gently squeeze and pull up to create the perfect dot!
This if fabric paint so it is washable! I recommend letting it dry for at least 24 hours before washing it. I have washed mine at least 4 times and it still looks like the day I made it!
